Presumably the British branch of Graetzin.

1912 British Graetzin Light Limited was incorporated.[1]

1916 The company was one of a number of businesses that were required to be wound up on the orders of the Board of Trade, as a consequence of the Trading with the Enemy Amendment Act 1916.[2]
