1931 British National Electrics Limited, Clyde Crane Works, Mossend, Lanarkshire, was incorporated as a private company, with capital of £25,000, to carry on the business of designers, manufacturers, and factors of and dealers in electrical or other fires, radiators, stoves and allied appliances.[1]

1965 The company went into voluntary liquidation, by which time it was described as electrical suppliers, with its registered office at the Aurora Factory, Old Kilpatrick, Dunbartonshire.[2]
