A consortium backed by the English Electric Co, Babcock and Wilcox and Taylor Woodrow Construction initially called Babcock English Electric Nuclear[1] was renamed British Nuclear Design and Construction
1969 Began construction of Hartlepool Nuclear Power Station. Took over completion of Dungeness B Nuclear Power Station.
Constructed Heysham Nuclear Power Station
1973 replaced by National Nuclear Corporation
