1900 Formed as a going concern to acquire the Engineering Cycle Works Ltd, the Eclipse Brass and Copper Co Ltd, the Anglo-American Motor Car Manufacturing Co, the Power Transmission and Traction Company Ltd, of Bradford, and the Disc Hub and Components Co (in Liquidation) which were carried on in York, Halifax, Bradford [1]. John Edward Gibbs became manager.

A. E. Hodgson, the chairman, acquired exclusive licence to the Gardner-Serpollet patents

1901-2 Agents for Gardner-Serpollet steam vehicles

1901 April. Now manufacturing the steam carriages on a large scale at York.[2]

1902 Agents for P.T.L. Accumulators

1902 June. Description of the works for building the Gardner-Serpollet vehicles plus the vehicles. 335 persons were employed in 32,000 + 8,000 sq.ft. buildings.[3][4][5][6]

1903 Receiver appointed.[7]
