Presumably a subsidiary of J. W. Brooke and Co and then Brooke Marine Construction Co
1933 AEC agreed with Brooke Marine Motors of Lowestoft to build a marine engine closely based on the diesel engine built at Southall to be known as the Brooke-A.E.C. marine diesel[1]
1934 J. W. Brooke and Co was renamed as Brooke Marine Construction Co
1940 Brooke Marine Construction Co became part of the Dowsett Group and was renamed Brooke Marine
