1914 Moved from Whitworth Street in central Manchester to a new factory at Woodfield Road, Broadheath, Altrincham.

1918 Became Budenberg Gauge Co when Christian Frederick Budenberg purchased all of the issued shares in the company.

1939 Christian Frederick Budenberg Junr was director.
