Originally Schaffer and Budenberg

1914 Moved from central Manchester to Woodfield Road, Broadheath, Altrincham.

1918 Became Budenberg Gauge Co when Christian Frederick Budenberg purchased all of the issued shares in the company.

1939 Christian Frederick Budenberg Junr was director.

1991 Acquired by Burnfield, specialist heating group[1]
