1922 Founded as Harry Bundy and Company. First contract for Ford was for unfabricated fuel tubing.

1922 Harry Warren Bundy invented the double-walled steel tube, “sweated” together with solder.

1923 Bundy began supplying fabricated (bent, shaped) tubes to Ford.

1925 Sold tube to automotive and refrigeration industries

1929 Invention of “Bundyweld”, which enhanced the torsional and bending qualities, increased resistance to corrosion and improved fatigue strength of the tubes.

1936 License agreement with ARMCO International Corporation with locations in England and France.

1988 Acquired by TI Group
