'...E firm of Burn and Baillie, Plumbers, Gasfitters, Brassfounders, and Sanitary Engineers, carrying on business, at 63 and 65, Hanover-street, and 34, Alva-street, Edinburgh, and at 14, Newcastle-street, Farringdon-street, London, E.G., of which the Subscribers John Macdonald and Robert George Laing Burn, were the sole Partners, was dissolved, by mutual consent, on 31st December, 1891.
