1964 Name changed from Burnley Aircraft Productss, reflecting the change in product mix toward more non-aerospace markets[1]. Part of Solar Industries.

1968 Had developed patented honeycomb seals and noise suppression equipment for aero-engines which had been approved for all types of gas turbines[2] which was licenced to Aeronca Inc of Ohio[3]

1971 Part of the Laird Group; made parts for RB211 engine[4]
