Born at Cork the son of Nicholas Dunscombe

1889 Mr. Clement Dunscombe, city engineer of Liverpool, has been appointed chief engineer to the London County Council.[1]

1895 Married at West Kensington to Gertrude Hannah Clark

1911 Residing at 139 Gleneldon Road, Streatham: Clement Dunscombe (age 65 born Cork), Consulting Civil Engineer. With his wife Gertrude Hannah Dunscombe.[2]
