Mr. C. L. Forbes, B.Sc. (Member), although born in South Africa, was educated in Great Britain at George Watsons' College, Edinburgh. He obtained a B.Sc. degree in engineering with first class honours at the Royal Technical College, Glasgow, and also the Associateship of the Royal Technical College in 1928.
