1895 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership hitherto subsisting between the undersigned Ira Ickringill and Company Limited constituted under the Companies Acts and Charles Weatherall of Thorton near Bradford in the county of York Worsted Spinner carrying on business as Worsted Spinners at the Old Mill in Thornton aforesaid under the style or firm of C.
