1891 The Company decided to wind up voluntarily. Arthur Greenwood, Mechanical Engineer, of. 16, Great George-street, Westminster, was appointed Liquidator. Suitable parts of the business would be transferred to the New Cadogan and Belgrave Electric Supply Company Limited.[2]

By 1912 the Cadogan Electric Light Co had been acquired by the Chelsea Electricity Supply Corporation
