1928 The Campbeltown Textile Company Limited was registered as a private company, with capital of £5,000, to acquire buildings and plant used by the Campbeltown Distillers' Association, and to carry on the business of spinners, weavers, dyers, and bleachers.[1]

1930 The company went into voluntary liquidation.[2]
