Presumably part of Capper Holdings, a private company specialising in pipework contracts, which was merged into Capper-Neill in 1965

1966 Capper-Neil increased the workforce in Capper Pipe Service, making it probably the largest in industrial pipework in the country[1]

1987 The company was appointed a term contractor for the fabrication of pipework and erection of plant equipment at Stanlow Refinery, Ellesmere Port.[2]
