1939 James Harry Castell (b.1880) was a supplier of patent locks (engineer), who lived in Pinner[1]

1971 Subsidiary of Power Equipment Co Ltd when it was acquired by Halma Investments.[2]

1977 Advertised for a design director; the company made mechanical interlocks, which were used for industrial safety purposes[3]
