Cecil Percy John Bromley (1896-1916) , No. 1312, was a Serjeant (Pilot) in the 7th Squadron of the Royal Flying Corps.

Born 15th July 1896 at Dover

His parents were Percy R. and A. A. Bromley, who lived at 85 High St., Dover.

He is commemorated on the Arras Flying Services Memorial in France.

He died on 2nd November 1916, when he was 20.
