1899 Partnership splits to two businesses. '... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Frank Henry Cerrito, Albert Edward Alexander Edwards, and Wilfred Shaw, carrying on business as Consulting Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, formerly at 71, Temple-row, Birmingham, and afterwards at 39, Newhall-street, Birmingham aforesaid, in the county of Warwick, under the style or firm of Cerrito Edwards and Shaw, was dissolved as and from the llth day of November, 1899, by mutual consent. All debts due to and owing by the late firm will be received and paid by the said Albert Edward Alexander Edwards and Wilfred Shaw who will carry on business in partnership at 105, Colmore-row, Birmingham. The said Frank Henry Cerrito will continue in business at 39, Newhall street aforesaid...'[1]
