'...the Co-partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, Chaplin Hodges and Frederick Hodges, carrying on business at the city of Hereford, as Iron and Brass Founders, under the style or firm of Chaplin Hodges and Son, was this day dissolved by mutual consent; and that the business will in future be carried on by the said Frederick Hodges alone, on his own account..'[1]
