1851 Living at Duchy Cottage, Pannel, Yorkshire: Charles Faviell (age 54 born Kirby Overblow), Farmer 122 acres (56 men). Railway contractor. With n his wife Mary Faviell (age 54 born Thorne, Yks.) and their four children; Thomas Faviell (age 32 born Thorne, Yks.); William Faviell (age 24 born Kirby Overblow); Hannah Faviell (age 19 born Kirby Overblow); and Samuel Faviell (age 16 born Kirby Overblow). One servant.[1]
