Charles George Millican (c1891-1940), County Surveyor of Derbyshire

1940 Died. 'Mr. C. G. Millican, Derbyshire County Surveyor for the past nine years, died suddenly yesterday at his home in Station-road, Mickleover, at the age of 49. He came from Cumberland to Derbyshire in 1930 as deputy to Mr. J. W. Horton, the then county surveyor, on whose death he received the appointment.'[1]
