1951 Died. 'The death took place suddenly yesterday, at his home, 28, Spencer Avenue Coventry, of Mr. Charles Lee. a wellknown resident and former businessman. Mr. Lee. who was 74, was a member of a Warwickshire farming family of Ashow and Stoneleigh, but early in life he became an electrician, and in 1906 started the business which became Lee, Beesley and Co. Mr. Lee. whose wife died in 1941, retired from active participation in the business in 1935. He was a mason of Wyley Lodge. He leaves two married daughters.'[1]
