1827 Charles Sylvester, 85 Great Russell Street, Civil Engineer, became a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers.[1]

1828 January 13th. Died. At his house in Great Russell Street. and formerly of Sheffield. Civil engineer. Leaves three daughters and a son.[2] [3]
