1881 Living at 60 Long Lane, Bermondsey: Charles William Trotman (age 37 born New Charlton, Kent), Boiler Maker (employing 20 men and 4 boys). With his wife Mary Elizabeth, three sons and and three daughters.[1]

1897 July 31st. Died, of 60 Long Lane, Bermondsey and 26 Nunhead Road, Peckham. probate to Mary Elizabeth Trotman, widow, and John Mitchell, Iron Merchants manager.
