1876 Williams succeeded to the business, carrying it on under the style of Charles Williams and Company, of Millwall and Westminster, in partnership with Mr. Hugh Stanton.

1889 Partnership dissolved; Hugh Stanton carried on the business under the name of Charles Williams and Co[1]
