1954 The sales organisation of Clayton Aniline was hived off to form the Clayton Dyestuffs Co. Ltd

1958 Name changed to CIBA Clayton Ltd.

1959 Maker of dyestuffs, textile auxiliaries, chemicals and leather oils.
