Made 1934-1957

Introduced in France in 1934, the Traction Avant was the first European mass-produced car with front-wheel-drive and a Monocoque body.

It started out with a 1,303cc engine but increased to 1,628cc and then 1,911cc. Some six-cylinder models were also produced.
