1926 NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, Leon Eugene Clerc and Theodore Claude Walker, carrying on business as Manufacturers' Agents and Hardware Merchants, at 146, Bishopsgate, in the city of London, under the style or firm of CLERC WALKER & CO., has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 30th day ofSeptember, 1926. All debts due and owing to or by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Leon Eugene Clerc, who will continue to carry on the said business alone under the same style or firm of Clerc Walker & Co.[1]
