CLIFFORD EDWARD BLOOMER died on June 4, 1916, at "Shenstonville," Halesowen, at the age of sixty-nine. He was a director of W. Somers & Co., Ltd., of Haywood Forge, Halesowen. Mr. Bloomer had taken a prominent part in the public life of the district for nearly forty years, and was chairman of the Halesowen Gas Company.
