1911 Partnership change. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, Samuel Clough, of Steeton, near Keighley, in the county of York, Worsted Manufacturer and Stuff Merchant, and Jame's Pike, of Hurst Wood, Park Royd, Manningham, Bradford, in the said county, Stuff Merchant, carrying on business as Stuff Merchants at No. 30, Canal-road, Bradford aforesaid, and No. 55, White-Street. New York, U.S.A., under the style or firm of CLOUGH, PIKE AND CO., has been dissolved by mutual consent, as and from the 30th day of April, 1911. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Samuel Clough...'[1]
