1967 The company was registered, with capital of £100, initially under the name of McAlpine Street Bonding Company Limited, to carry on business as distillers, brewers and maltsters.[1] The name appears to have been changed soon thereafter to Clyde Distillers Limited. The company was a subsidiary of Teacher (Distillers) Ltd.

2002 The company was dissolved on 18 January.[2]
