1964 Public Company incorporated[1] which consisted of 2 divisions:

  • Engineering division, which made about three-quarters of profits, consisting of Corfield and Buckle and Corfield-Sigg, makers of aluminium holloware, and a wide range of pressings mainly for electrical appliances.
  • Metal printing and advertising division.

1967 Acquired Hew Evans Ltd, wireworkers[2]

1968 Acquired Plasro Plastics and Plasro Precision Engineers[3]

1969 In the midst of a take-over bid from Judge, Midland Aluminium acquired Corfield Industries[4]
