1904 March. Details of the 8-hp single-cylinder and the 16-hp twin-cylinder cars.[1]
1904 December. Details of the 16-hp car.[2]
1905 December. Company to cease trading. '...the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and at the same Meeting, Joshua Perkins, of the Cottage, Stoke, Coventry, was appointed Liquidator...Joshua Perkins, Chairman'. 1906 The company was in difficulties and may have been taken over by Humber
1910 The whole operation was stopped and the factory converted to housing
