1909 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Harold Frederick Holman and William Frederick Bolton, carrying on business as Automobile Engineers, at 36 and 38, New-street, Ashford, Kent, under the style or firm of THE COUNTY MOTOR COMPANY, has been dissolved by mutual consent as and from the 15th day of April, 1909. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the Stella Motor Company (1909) Limited...'[1]
