1949 Company wound up. '...At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at 203 Foleshill Road, Coventry, on the 18th February 1949, the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed, viz.:— " That the Company be wound up voluntarily...G. A. Paine, Director.'[1]

1949 J. R. Mead, chartered accountant of Coventry, was appointed liquidator of the company; on the same day he was also appointed liquidator of[2]:
