'... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned Robert Cushing Crosskill and Charles Robert Crosskill carrying on business as Cork Cutters Merchants and Manufacturers under the style or firm of Crosskill and Son at Saint George's Bridge-street in the city of Norwich has been dissolved by mutual consent as and from the 10th day of April instant. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Charles Robert Crosskill who will continue to carry on the said business alone under the style or firm of Crosskill and Son...'[1]
