'...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Robert Cruttwell, Robert Allies, George Shaw Munn, the said George Shaw Munn and Eleanor Munn, Executor and Executrix of the late George Munn, deceased, John Stothert, Henry Stothert, George Shaw, and Frederick Levick, in the business of Ironmasters, carried on at the Cwm Celyn and Blaind Iron Works, at Blaind, in the parish of Aberystruth, in the county of Monmouth, and at No, 4, Charlotte-row, in the city of London, under the style or firm of Cruttwell, Allies, and Co., has been this day dissolved by mutual consent, as far as regards the said Robert Allies, George Shaw Munn, the said George Shaw Munn and Eleanor Munn as such Executor and Executrix as aforesaid, John Stothert, Henry Stothert, and George Shaw ; and that all debts due to or by us in respect of the said business will be received and paid by the said Robert Cruttwell and Frederick Levick, by whom the said business will in future be curried on...'[1]
