1882 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between Duncan Campbell and George Fennimore, carrying on business as Bicycle, Tricycle, and Tire Manufacturers, at Wolverhampton, in the county of Stafford, under the firm of D. Campbell and Co., was dissolved, by mutual consent, as and from the 26th day of June instant; and the said business will in future be carried on by the said Duncan Campbell alone...'[1]
