1875 Daniel Michel Weigel was born on 20th February 1875 at 27 Wilmington Square, London.
1900 In conjunction with the Earl of Shrewsbury and Talbot, he formed the British Automobile Commercial Syndicate, Ltd.
1900 May. Fined for speeding on a motorcycle in Maidenhead.[1]
1901 January. Strong letter against S. F. Edge and his business practices.[2]
1901 Introduced the first "Clement-Talbot" car into England.
In 1902, formed the firm of Messrs. J. Rothschild et Fils, Ltd., opening a London branch of that famous firm of Parisian motor-carriage builders. Is now connected with the firms of J. Rothschild et Fils., Ltd., the British Automobile Commercial Syndicate, Ltd., and the Maison Talbot, of the latter of which he is the energetic managing director. Club: A.C.G.B. & I. [3]
1904 WEIGEL, D. M., 97, Long Acre, London, W.C. Is managing director of the British Automobile Commercial Syndicate, Ltd. Started motoring in 1893, and has been a prominent figure in the business side of the industry ever since. [4]
1904 July - Married Ruby Constance Heald on 14th July 1904 at All Souls Church, Hampstead.[5]
1948 Died on 11th August 1948, at Lakewood, Ohio.
