1910 David Auld and Sons Limited was registered as a private company on 31st December, with capital of £26,000, to take over the business carried on at Whitevale Foundry, Glasgow.[2]

1999 The company changed its name again to Auld Valves Limited.[5]

2024 The company was dissolved.[6]
