Lewis' Endowed School, near Cardiff, and Manchester School of Technology. Articled to W. P. James Fawcus, M.Inst.C.E., M.I.E.E., St. Ann's Square, Manchester. Two years Resident Electrical Engineer, Manchester Ship Canal Co., during construction of works; three years in Dynamo Design and Testing Departments of Siemens Brothers' Works, Woolwich; two years with H.M. Office of Works as Resident Engineer at Ordnance Survey Office, Southampton; Manager and Engineer for North Wales for National Electric Construction Co., twenty years. Chief Works: Erection of generating station, equipment of mains and street lighting for Holyhead Urban District Council; erection of generating station and complete equipment for Borough of Carnarvon. Club: Carnarvon Sailing. War Services.—Honorary Inspector of Shells; District Engineer under Coal Economy Campaign.
