1897 October 11th. Born the son of Adolph Rosenfield (born 1864 in Russia-died 1942 in Stockport), a Carpenter and watchmaker, and his wife Rachel Berman.

1910 September. Left England for Quebec with his parents and siblings and returned alone in December 1912.

1939 Register. Staying at the upmarket Midland Hotel in Manchester. He states he is single, and a Director of a Motor Engineering Company,

1940 Married in Manchester to Annie Smith

1979 November 11th. Died. Of Haigh Lawn, St. Margaret's Road, Bowdon, Cheshire. £935,530.
