1926 Company founded when Ernie Humphries and his partner Fred Dawes decided to split their Humphries and Dawes business - Dawes established a business making pedal cycles whilst Humphries set up a business to make OK-Supreme motorcycles
1927 Stand No.71 at the 1927 Motor Cycle and Cycle Show at Olympia
Made 40,000 bicycles a year at their peak
WWII Supplied bicycles to the British Army
1975 Following a fire the company went into receivership
Acquired by ATAG
1998 Acquired by David Stone
