'...the Partnership lately subsisting between us the undersigned, Benjamin Dawson and William Dawson, carrying on the business as "THE DAWSON MANUFACTURING COMPANY," at Booth Hill Mill, Royton, Oldham, in the county of Lancaster, has this day been dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due to or owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Benjamin Dawson, who will continue the present business under the present style or firm of "The Dawson Manufacturing Company"...'[1]
