'...the Partnership lately subsisting between us the undersigned, Benjamin Dawson and William Dawson, carrying on the business as "THE DAWSON MANUFACTURING COMPANY," at Booth Hill Mill, Royton, Oldham, in the county of Lancaster, has this day been dissolved by mutual consent.
