Deering Harvester Co

c1870 William Deering had established the Deering Harvester Co at Plano, Illinois.

In 1880 he moved the factory to Chicago.

1902 The McCormick Harvesting Machine Co and the Deering Harvester Co merged and formed International Harvester. At the time of the merger James Deering was in charge of the company.
