Delhi Railway

In 1863 the Scinde Railway's charter was amended again, to permit the construction of a line from Amritsar to Delhi. The distance from Mooltan to Delhi was about 490 miles.

The Delhi Railway was constructed by Brassey and Co[1] in partnership with Mr C. Henfrey[2]
