1959 Acquired Gem Power Brushes of Acton, and Webb, Jarratt and Co of Chesham.

By 1961 was a subsidiary of Lydney Industrial Holdings. The company had an agreement with Osborn Manufacturing of USA for exchange of technical knowledge; Osborn owned 18 percent of the equity.
