'... the Partnership hitherto subsisting between us the undersigned Arthur Henry Marston and William Henry Halliwell carrying on business as Cycle Makers and Factors at 40 Bailey-Lane Coventry under the style or firm of the Dolphin Cycle Company has been dissolved by mutual consent as and from the 9th day of October, 1899.
