1975 Donaldson Filter Components Limited was incorporated on 7th August.[1] The company was a UK subsidiary of an American parent based in Minneapolis.
1981 A factory was established in Hull to manufacture air filters for heavy vehicles, such as buses and dumper trucks, for sale in the British and European markets.[2]
