'...Copartnery of DOUGLAS GLENDINNING & COMPANY, Fine Art and Christmas Card Printers and Manufacturers, 58 Cadogan Street, Glasgow, of which Havelock Lonsdale and Douglas Glendinning were the sole Partners, has been DISSOLVED as at 15th May 1909, by mutual consent, by the retiral therefrom of the Subscriber Douglas Glendinning.
